Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements:
1. Creative & conceptual with your own ideas & ability to create stunning layouts and designs
2. Able to use common design using the following programs Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash and Dreamweaver.
3. Experience with HTML, CSS and Javacript
4. Good understanding of web standards, accessibility and user experience
5. Experience in working on a publication and mobile apps is plus
6. Candidate does not need to be Chinese, but someone who speaks mandarin would be a major advantage
