Junior Sous Chef
“el Willy” Group – specialized in contemporary Spanish and Mediterranean food, modern tapas and rice is looking for 2 costumer oriented & self-motivated Junior Sous Chef.
The job consists to team up with the executive Chef and Sous chef to help and improve our offering. The candidate must be someone serious who can project with us for the future of our company.
Requirement:
Young + or - 23-26 years old and passionate cooking or pastry chef.
At least 2 years cooking experience
Good team spirit, good communication skills, high sense of responsibility.
Likes to work long hours and hard in a very busy restaurant.
Capable of working independently and providing suggestions for improvement.
Friendly and positive personality and open minded.
English skills.

Job description:
Quality Control
Good at cooking Mediterranean dishes and creative cuisine including desserts.
Event planning and execution.
Maintain accurate inventories & extension, assist Executive Chef with theory food costs and conduct periodic Kitchen walk-through to ensure cleanliness.
Communicate with other departments and give ideas for improvement.
Ensure Kitchen staff & managers are adhering to policies & procedures for preparing & cooking food, ensure food is served up to the correct standards in looks, taste & cost.
