Customer Service Representative
ShirtsMyWay is a growing international company that specializes in custom clothing online with its own product line and technologies. As support for our Shanghai office, we are looking for the right person to join our Operations Team in managing our customers and orders. You will use our internal IT systems to coordinate with order processor and quality control. We offer a pleasant working environment with an international team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers (email/chat).
- Update order statuses and knowledge base.
- Check orders for specifications, updates, fraud.
- Communicate with order processor about changes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
- You speak/write fluent English.
- You are organized, reliable, efficient.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have good problem-solving skills.
- You like daily routines.
- You can work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You have experience in customer service or related (not a must, but a plus).
- You have a relevant business education (minimum bachelor degree).
Practical Details:
Salary: Negotiable depending on background and experience.
Position: Full-Time. 9 AM – 6 PM. Monday – Friday.
Start Date: To be determined.
Work Location: Shanghai, China.
