General Manager Needed – Manufacturing Exp Required
This position for Shenzhen site, we prefer someone with related experience from SE Asia, Hongkong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
We need someone with experience of working in an international manufacturing company; Working knowledge in electronics, telecommunication or personal computing products.

General Manager-SZ Site
Main Responsibilities:
1) Develop and oversee short term and long term company budget, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available cash, equipment, space, facility and human resource necessary to attain manufacturing objectives
2) Drive profitability, create, participate, implement, execute and manage business strategies to achieve the Company’s objectives and to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency
3) Assure company stays on schedule with regard to production and meet or exceed the goals set by Company Managing Director/ Group President
4) Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results in Site
5) Represent the organisation in negotiations, and at meetings, conventions and seminars, and liaise with other organisations, government
6) Implement and establish Company’s Global QMS based on ISO 9001 & ISO1400
7) Improve and maintain a safe working environment ensuring that personnel comply with all Health and Safety standards, company and legal requirements
8) Supervise the local sales team member, follow the overall sales and marketing strategy the company has set, help the local sales team to achieve the target and allocate required resources
9) Monitor plant activities, trouble shoot and resolve unusual problems related to equipment, tooling, material, design and production processes to ensure meeting customer’s demand and product quality standards are maintained

Requirements:
1/Education Background:: University degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management or other related area of study. Postgraduate studies in business or management are preferred.
2/Work Experiences: Have at least 8 years in higher or middle Managerial experience in related field. Experience of working in an international manufacturing company; Working knowledge in electronics, telecommunication or personal computing products.
3/Language: Well versed in both written and verbal in English language
