Office Manager / Administrator
Coordination of China factories and Shanghai office staff, to meet scheduling requirements , QC , testing , social compliance, factory pricing, compliance to customer requirements , work with local forwarders.
Also ensure expansion of local China sales. Work with Logistics to establish inventory accessable for local sales and administer local inventory levels to insure maxiumn number of inventory turns snd avoid inventory build up.
Coordinate with USA office and follow up on local inspectors and QC personel. Liason with Shanghai accountants
Must be detail oriented and self motivated and good communciator
Must be fluent in English and Chinese. Familiar with government invoicing system and import / export rules.
Will report directly to Company Executive Vice Presidnet as assitant and carry out All his instructions and accompany him at meeting and events.
