HR Placement Officers (Beijing)
Job Introduction
The HR Placement Officer is working from the Beijing office and is in charge of reviewing the profiles of our overseas clients, and place them with suitable companies in Beijing.
Task and Responsibilities:
-Reviewing profiles and admissions of overseas clients;
-Conducting in-depth interviews with clients;
-Working closely together with the Client Admissions and Business Development teams to ensure quality of internship placements;
-Coordinating client's participation in the internship programs;
-Assisting the Client Service teams with preparing clients for the China programs;
Requirements:
-Background in Human Resource Management and Client Management;
-At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
-Extensive knowledge of educational systems and universities in the US and Europe;
-Excellent command of spoken and written business English;
-Great communication and interpersonal skills;
-Able to work independently and in a team;
-Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills;
-Patient, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and diligent.
