Job Description,
• Own management of all projects in a capable work stream to effect or enhance workforce management
• Create manage and monitor CRM (Customer Relations Manager) with outsourced IT & Operations team
• Must be able to follow, and at times present and inspire project vision and direction
• Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet requirements through the
• utilization of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes
• Be comfortable of Ecommerce operations and management
• Project work may include performance management, documentations management, workforce management, general reporting, operational execution
The ideal staff member must have,
• 3+ years experience with PM,fluent in English and Chinese.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the understanding of what it takes to work for a start up company.
• Technical familiarity and experience with back end technologies and reporting architectures.
• Ability to develop systems and processes from the ground up that provide structure and discipline
• Experience guiding and supporting a diverse team of talent towards achieving a mutual goal
• Advanced analytical skills, cross-channel attribution and in-depth database segmentation experience are very essential(very organized with our target)
• Strong Excel and data query skills
• Superb presentation skills to communicate key insights from deep data analysis
• Excellent project management skills including the ability to motivate others
• Keen understanding of OCC target audience. Fashionable and Urban
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Should be an experiences system /industrial engineer. Or experienced designing processes.
