JD for Senior Designer
Responsibility:
1. Define website layout, create unique displays and digital design solutions.
2. Define design experience guidance which include visual & digital displays, from a customer purchase behaviors point of view (Display, Branding, Videos, Pictures, Marketing contents.)
3. Work both within team projects and independently to complete the most technically challenging individual projects.
4. To communicate and present design concepts to team/leader/Director and create presentation materials that effectively communicate vision and goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements:
1. High level of visual design skill, please attach your best design works by email.
2. Proficient with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and etc.
3. Have passion for design and is fashion-oriented, knows how to use data to continuously optimize design.
4. A good listener, communicator, seamless cooperates with all functions.
5. 2~5 years visual design working experience in famous web-oriented company.
6. Strongly self-motivated.
7. College above in related design major.
8. Fluent in English.
