Job Title: Business Operation Manage (need Japanese)
Office: BDA (Yi Zhuang Area), Beijing
Responsibilities:
1/ According to the company's strategy and superiors requirement, develop business plans and follow up these plans
2/ Market development and customer relationship maintenance
3/ Daily business tracking, project funds, corresponding to customer complaints, the project negotiations
4/ Internal communication and other matters assigned by superiors

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirement:
1/ Male preferred, Japanese, age between 35 to 50 years old
2/ Simple Chinese communication ability, or good English ability
3/ At least 5 years’ business management experience, experienced in building construction Industry most welcome
4/ Bachelor degree or above
5/ have working experience in Chinese companies, at least 1 year
6/ good PR ability, good communication skills, optimism and positive
7/ now in Beijing, or now in China, and want to work full time in Beijing
