Reports to: Store Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
1、2-4 years as a assist restaurant manager in full-service dining environment desired.
2、Experience as a assist manager required
3、College degree preferred
4、Ability to work in a corporate culture
5Effective listening skills and ability to communicate tactfully to a variety of audiences
6、Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
7、Self-motivated and energetic
8Computerliterate with ability to keyboard with demonstrated business writing skills
9、Ability to work weekends and evenings
10Ability to hire, schedule, and staff for all front of house, office, maintenanceand janitorial positions
11、Training and development skills
12、Ensuring sanitation, safety and food quality
13Administrative and human resource skills, including personnel file maintenance, compliance with employee laws, coaching and counseling, performance appraisals, and audits
14Ability to effectively perform monthly forecasting of sales and guest counts and consistently meet financial goals
15、Ability to create and model an environment of Both-Win management and live the company values on a daily basis – including treating others with honesty, dignity, and respect
