Intermediate Architects and Architectural Assistants
A.N.D is a new founded architectural practice in shanghai. The office partners are qualified young architects with enthusiastic in design filed. We are currently working on projects including eco-park, Commercial Street, culture institution, mix-used developments, research center and international competitions. we are currently looking for architects and designers with excellent design talents to join our young creative team.
Applicants must demonstrate the following qualities:
Intermediate Architects (2)
Intermediate architects with 4+ years’ experience that participated or completed big-scale of project before.
possess strong design abilities with enthusiastic in design field
Well versed in Architectural program such as Auto CAD, Rhino and/or3D Max. Skillful with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign graphic software. Revit experience beneficial
have excellent graphic and diagram skills to express the design ideas.
keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
possess strong communication skills and experienced in execution phases- especially that in DD and CD;
Be a strong leader in a project group, can direct and also coach design teams well to ensure overall design quality, scheduling and execution;
Possess the skills to communicate work details in every step of construction and detail documentation phases, also very familiar with materials
Basic Mandarin is preferred
Architectural Assistants (4)
Possess good design abilities with enthusiastic in design field
Has expertise in AutoCAD. familiar with Rhino or 3D Max. Skillful with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign graphic software. Revit experience beneficial
Possess reasonable knowledge in stage DD and CD.
have excellent graphic and diagram skills to express the design ideas.
keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
Basic Mandarin is preferred
Architectural Internships
Applications for 4-6 month internships are accepted on a rolling basis. Applicants must have a portfolio of individual design works and demonstrate strong proficiency in 2D drafting with AutoCAD, 3D graphics in Rhino or 3D Max or both, and graphic work in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
