2.Control the kitchen cost.
3.To arrange the employee's duty roster.
4.According to the actual sales and forecast daily purchases.
5.If purchasing food does not accord with a standard, timely feedback to executive chef.
6.Ensure that the kitchen equipment reasonable use and operation.
REQUIREMENT:
1.25-45 years old
2. have above three years of working experience in western Kitchen
3.Ideal candidate is italian
