we are looking for Executive chef
Key responsibilities includes:
1．Managing all functions of the Food Production .
2．Design, implementation for special events and special food promotions.
3．Develops standard recipes, maintains up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operations.
4．Maintains comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends.
5．Controls and analyses, on an on-going basics, Costs, Quality and presentation of food products, Sanitation and Guest satisfaction.
6．Develops training plans, develops training material and implements training plans for the Food Production employees.
7．Monitors local competitors and compare their operation with the Restaurant Food and Beverage operations
Qualifications:
1.Experience of minimum five years post apprenticeship experience as Head Chef.
2.General experience on pastry, bakery, butchery, a la carte, banquet and buffet styles essential.
3.Fluent English
4.Residence in Shanghai or other chinese cities for more than 3 years
