1. Good communication and presentation (English) skills
2. Enthusiasm in education counseling
3. Bachelor degrees from TOP30 American universities or Liberal Arts colleges
Or, Master (or above) degrees from TOP50 American Universities
4. Patient, Careful, Supportive; Good sense of teamwork
