Base in: big cities in China, such as Shenzhen, Shanghai, etc
Job responsibilities:
（1）Producing project schedule for manpower, material and equipment needed
（2）Managing of construction site materials needed, supervise construction workers, materials and equipment usage
（3）Establishing operation standards, construction technology to ensure the quality and work efficiency toward project tasks
（5）Responsible for safety during construction
（6）Communication with local authorities with language supports from local assistant

Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualification：
1/ More than 5 years working experience in the construction site, more than 3 years management experience in construction；
2/ Experienced in Exposed Aggregate Concrete Technology
3/ Someone Familiar with the New Zealand construction process and technical requirements, and New Zealand standards will be most welcome.
4/ Good understanding in quality, safety and construction management
5/ Management skill to complete project work under time pressure with language support from local assistant
6/ Open minds for different cultures
