Job Title: Japanese Customer Service Commissioner
Office: Chengdu, China

Job description:
1. Be responsible for the shipping data analysis and processing, and the sending of the customs manifest;
2. Data entry and document filing according to the requirements of special goods processing;
3. Processing and replying our company's customer service related questions, within the prescribed time;
4. Cooperate with the branch company’s customer service department and the customs department, to follow up customer's needs;
5. Improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
Job requirements:
1. Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Related customer service experience preferred;
2. Skill requirements:
1) Proficient Japanese oral, reading and writing ability;
2) Have basic English ability;
3) Can accept short time study abroad and business trip;
4) With good communication and fast learning ability;
5) Can work under pressure;
6) Attention to detail, have a strong sense of team work and customer service consciousness;
7) Good office software skills, such as word, excel, etc.
