Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for the product UI/UE design, monitor the UI designer's page,
2, the analysis of the easy using and functional of the product, study the users;
3. Make new product design, product prototype evaluation, optimize the user experience of existing products;
4, optimize the UI to the user experience.
5, according to the product needs to complete the detailed design, and promote the technology development and realization;
6. Organize or participate in product optimization analysis and discuss, optimize the design, propose improvement plan, improve user experience
7, coordination of the work and various departments;

Qualifications & Requirements:
Job requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, 3 years + of Internet related work experience, large portal work experience is preferred (overseas study or business experience, overseas background preferred);
2, design and other related major, can design independently and have management experience;
3, a strong art skills and fashion aesthetic, innovative spirit, love design;
4, have good understanding, communication and coordination, planning and management abilities and skills;
5, a high enthusiasm in work, excellent service consciousness, good team spirit, communication and organization and ability;
