The Factory is in Taizhou – About 2.5 hours from Shanghai, and 2 hours from Nanjing

Here we bring to you our latest innovation - RenewPallet, made of natural renewable resources such as rice & wheat stalks, bamboo & wood waste. It contains up to 95% agricultural and forestry waste and with our state-of-the-art manufacturing, the strong, durable and moisture resistant industrial bi-product not only can be converted to Green pallets but also other Green packaging materials.
Now, we’re looking for Factory Manager
You will work in our factory in Taizhou, about 2.5 hours from Shanghai, 2 hours from Nanjing.
Number of factory workers: about 50
Responsibilities:
1 responsible for the daily and administrative management of the whole plant, and responsible for the general manager.
2 responsible for the working status of the whole plant, the normal operation of the production.
3 responsible for the organization of the whole plant of the rules and regulations, and supervise the implementation.
4 responsible for the section chief and supervisor’s work assessment, in charge of the rewards and punishments, and to improve the enthusiasm of the work.
5 responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and the modification of the equipment, and to make a timely and accurate decision-making on maintenance of the equipment.
6 hold production meetings in time, to listen to the work of the the units and to give timely advice.
7 responsible for the communication between the production and the sales, adjust the production plan timely.
8 responsible for the company's sustainable development investigation project.
9 other work assigned by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements:
1) 10 years of production management experience in foreign investment or joint venture
2) injection molding, artificial board or automated machine related management experience, it’s a must
3) production management related experience
4) Chinese from Taiwan, Hongkong, Malaysia, India or Singapore are most welcome
5) Age 35-45 years old
6) Very good English and Chinese language ability
Salary Related:
1) Annual Salary: 25-35w RMB
2) Paid holiday: 15 days
3) 2 rounds tickets each year
