Job Title: Japan Market Marketing Director
Office: Shenzhen, China
Report to: Marketing Center Director (in Nanjing)
Job Responsibilities:
1/ responsible for the Japanese market development, customer service and management
2/ Responsible for the Japanese market product sales and money collecting
3/ Dealing with customer complaints timely
4/ Responsible for market research, analysis and forecasting, and to develop new customers
5/ provide reasonable suggestions on the company's sales policy and sales plan
Salary:
Basic salary + Position Salary + performance bonuses
22-30K RMB monthly
Round tickets from China to Japan, once a year

Qualifications & Requirements:
Job Requirements:
1/ Have a good understanding of crystal components industry, with rich customer resources
2/ with more than two years of sales experience
3/ Japanese, age 30-42 years old
4/ can work in Shenzhen, China
5/ native Japanese speaker, with some English or Chinese language ability
