General Requirement for this position:
1. Native English speaker, fluent in Mandarin
2. Ability to face-to-face or remotely interview people from all over the world, appreciate different cultures and cover the trend in the industry
3. Strong hands-on ability and familiar with e-commerce operation
4. Minimum 1-year work experience, can grow with the team and adaptable to different management styles.
