Job Title: Japanese Market Manager
Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for marketing strategy planning, the company's marketing plan, the market promotion, brand, public relations, specific activities and plan implementation;
2, organize and supervise the implementation of the annual marketing plan;
3, market research and analysis, research our industry development situation, regular market forecast and information analysis, provide the data and information basis for the company’s decision;
4, coordinate the Japanese market and the European market, and coordinate the resources;
5, promote the user growth rate through market activities, to change the user to paying customers;
6, manage the Japanese marketing department team, train and guide and the team members and relevant departments.

Qualifications:
1, 3-5 years of SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) service products related work experience in the Japanese market
2, can grasp the core problem, and insight into the problem, you must have enough courage and Have a strong executive power (and can quickly adapt to the international environment)
3, excellent English communication skills, english can be used as a working language, can communicate with colleagues in Europe and the United States directly;
4, overseas education background is preferred
5, can work in Beijing for a long time, and then work in Japan in future (if you have the ability to manage the whole Japanese team in future)
