-Conducting CCA lessons 2-4 half days per week;
-eveloping Cross-Cultural awareness teaching materials targeted to 10-15-years old Chinese students;
-Preparing class content and filming demo classes in order to ensure the provision of high quality lessons;
-Helping with the development and implementation of Sinalingua marketing strategy as well as contributing ideas for events/activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory:
-Fluent in English (non-native speakers with strong accents will not be accepted);
-Experience working with 8-12 years old children or related teaching experience;
-Conversational Chinese;
-Bachelor’s Degree or above.
Preferable:
-Background in Chinese studies or interest in Chinese culture.
-The knowledge and experience resultant from working with one of the market leaders in Cross-Cultural Training in Germany and China;

Our “Cross-cultural Awareness” (CCA) course is designed with the aim of helping 3-9th grade students become aware of differences across cultures. Through a wide variety of creative and interactive teaching methods, we make sure that students notonly perceive cross-cultural differences but also know how to behave in certain situations. Thanks to our company’s rapid growth, we are now providing training to more than 10,000 students of over 20 schools located in 6 different districts. As a result, we are in need of hiring new cross cultural awareness trainers in Shanghai.
