Job Description:
1 Analysis of target market culture, art style, the user's psychological characteristics, to help the development team on the product style and direction;
2 to understand the target market operation rule, responsible for operation strategy formulation, implementation, supervision and analysis;
3 to participate in the development and implementation of the overall strategy and plan for the promotion, product operation and customer service;
4 take preparation work for the new online game, and to plan online and offline activities, also, the after tracking work;
5 to understand and analyze the situation of the players in time, online users number, game operation data, and to promote the product's online sales and enhance the vitality of the product, including but not limited to version optimization, operational arrangements, marketing and other aspects;
6 responsible for related products monitoring in our industry, focus on industry trends, and adjust the operation strategy in time;
Job Requirements:
1 native English speaker, someone come from US, UK or CAN is welcome; you must have a deep understanding of US (our product main market is US)
2 bachelor degree or above (or equivalent);
3 if you do not have game industry experience is also welcome, but you must be a game lover, like online game/mobile game very much; played at least 10 online games, skillful user of Android, IOS, etc.
4 have a strong ability of analyze planning and innovation consciousness, you must be flexible;
5 good team player, good communication and coordination ability, can work under pressure;
6 strong data analysis and logical analysis ability;
7 positive and active, have a strong desire to work and with responsibility, can understand and accept different views.
