Interior Designer

Responsibilities
• Lead interior design assignments that include Workplace Interiors, conceptual through project completion
• Continually improve the quality of our work, the manner in which we deliver it and the process we employ to attain it
• Build, nurture and foster new client relationships.
• Be an integral part in the growth and success of the workplace Practice Area
Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Use client’s brand voice and style to create visually striking experiences, and innovate best design practices
• Design and construct client experiences delivered as HTML/CSS
• Manage expectations across departmental and client contacts
• Participate in client calls/meetings to communicate design work, process, and best practices
Create and maintain responsive websites by converting wireframes/ designs (PSDs) to front end code.
Apply styling elements utilizing HTML, CSS, & JavaScript to web properties
Update web properties to achieve SEO best practices
the recommended design
Works closely with the development team to support development tools & methodologies

Architectural Designer
Job Responsibilities:
• responsible for the individual project, Architectural Designer II will be responsible for assisting in Master Planning, Site Planning and Building Design exercises utilizing, 3D Modeling, and Digital Presentation Packaging.
• Assists the design team on projects from the Pre-Schematic Phase through Construction Documents.
• Prepare program and schematic proposal, project layouts and develop designs in 3D using Revit and other 3D modeling software for client review/approval.
• Perform design computations, specification research, compile data, and other supporting technical project information.
• Assist with preparation of construction drawings and construction detailing.
• Review building codes to assure the design complies with minimum legal standards.
• Assist in the constructions administration phase by reviewing shop drawings and other submittals.
• Prepare finish material sample boards, physical models and graphic presentations for client approval.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Interior Designer
Requirements
• 4+ years minimum of relevant design experience in workplace interiors
• Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and 3-d visualization tools
• Certification or state licensed is a plus
• Proficient in Creative Adobe Suite applications

Key Skills:
• Accredited Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 plus years’ experience
• Digital architectural visualization and animation experience preferred
• Ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts internally and externally.
• Experience with site planning, zoning and real estate analysis.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage project priorities.
• Proficient with computer-assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design; 3D software such as Sketchup and 3D Max.
• Strong communication skills and excellent graphic presentation skills.
• License preferred。
