Job position: Sales Manager (Need Japanese)

Duties and responsibilities
1/ establish and looking for potential customers, develop new business opportunities and achieve sales target
2/ responsible for coordinating the order management, shipping, warehouse inventory, logistics and customer service etc.
3/ supervising order status, and to prepare related reports for the upper manager.
4/ to handle customer inquiries, to establish and maintain the main and existing customer relationships
5/ to contact with customers and internal departments, such as research and development, production, quality and other departments, to ensure production and shipment in time, and to provide the required services to our customers.
6/ handle other work assigned by the supervisor and/or the company, to match the overall goal of the company and/or the department.
7/ will travel in China mainland, Hongkong and Japan

Qualifications & Requirements:
Job requirements:
1/ Japanese can work in China, bachelor degree (or above), major in business administration or related will be prefered
2/ 3-5 years sales and customer management related experience, good sales performance
3/ initiative, customer oriented, good communication skills and interpersonal relationship
4/ self-motivation, good ability of organizing, and being able to work under pressure
5/ have certain LED lighting products knowledge is preferred
6/ proficient in Japanese, Chinese (including oral and written)
