If you love to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and desire an opportunity to earn attractive bonuses for your hard work, we want to hear from you. You will help the GM develop and manage daily operational tasks, employee management, procurement and customer satisfaction. You will supervise and motivate staff to perform their best, as well as coach and support new and existing PM’s. Your tasks will include, but not limited to monitoring operational costs, budgets and resources.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Assistant GM / Vice GM / Manager of Operations
- Manufacturing background is a must
- Previous experience in furniture, industrial design, retail, metal and wood work would be a plus
- At least Bachelor Degree is required
- Previous working experience in China is required
- Highly organized and motivated
- 25+ years of age
- Willing to live in China full time
- High skills of oral and written business English
