Job General :Assist MD to set up sales strategy, monitor all sales accounts developing and operating status, risk management and critical incident handling

Job responsibilities:
1．Review and translation of the business contract , flow up the execution of contract;
2. Provide, supervise and urge all departments to submit reports, consolidate reports and submit them to MD on time
3. Supervise the sales department to complete work report in time.
4. Supervise the progress of each project, the problems encountered in the project and the analysis of the problem, the solution of related problems;
5. Put forward reasonable suggestions on related business;
4. Assist MD to make sales strategy, quotation, customer maintenance and development;
5. Assist MD to prepare relevant documents and presentation.
6. Assist MD communicate with customers and business partners
7. Other job required by MD.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements:
Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good business sense with an in-depth understanding of solution and consultative selling
• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
• Team player and self-motivated
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical design or sales/ marketing
-At least above 5 years’ experience of industry selling in telecom / electronics / medical / automotive areas etc.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
