Administrative HR Supervisor Needed in Shanghai

Job Title: Administrative HR Supervisor
Office: Shanghai Tower, Lujiazui Area, Pudong, Shanghai
Department: Administrative Department

Job responsibilities:
1. Establish and complete the company's human resource management system.
2. Responsible for the daily discipline, attendance and performance appraisal, HR issues such as promotion, reward and punishment.
3. Responsible for receiving visitors, answering/transferring phone calls correctly, recording and delivering messages;
4. Responsible for sending and receiving the fax timely, documents and express delivery of the company;
5. Responsible for arranging the meeting rooms and providing related conference services (such as equipments, cleaning management, etc.);
6. Responsible for office supplies and stationery distribution
7. Responsible for booking train tickets, air tickets, hotels, etc
8. Assisted the interview and reception related work, such as forms filling, documents photocopying, etc;
9. Responsible for other daily issues of the company;
10. Completing temporary tasks assigned by company leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
1. Good appearance and good temperament.
2. Strong sense of service, proficient in MS- Office and other office software;
3. Be familiar with the process of office administration, have strong oral and written communication skills;
4. Be responsible, and with carefulness
5. Have good coordination ability, communication ability, responsibility and with affinity;
