1. To teach classes as scheduled
2. To accustom kids(3-12yr) to western teaching methodology and improve their performance in English;
3. To prepare and have lessons as instructed with the detailed teaching guidance from our company;
4. To interact with kids individually and in groups through diverse and interesting teaching methods such as games, songs, drawings, demos,etc;
5. To write students' performance feedback in the class, etc
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Native English speaker, or non-natives with perfect English pronunciation;
2. Bachelor’s degree and above;
3. A minimum 2years teaching experience; experience in teaching kids will be a plus;
4. Enjoy being with kids; healthy, passionate, responsible; outgoing, with abundant teaching methods;
5. Accept to work in different places every day and unfixed work schedule;
6. Willing to relocate to another city during the contract period;
7. Over 24 years old.

English Playmate (EP) is specialized in teaching kids English from 3-12yrs old in Shanghai and Yangzhou, Suzhou, Wenzhou,zhengzhou,Xi'an and Nanjing. We believe that language environment is vital in the language learning process, so we are trying to create such an environment by providing courses all taught by foreigners. To make kids enjoying our classes, a lot of games and multiple teaching methods are introduced while training. We have our own teaching system and textbook developing team, so all the textbooks and teaching materials are well provided. The class size is among 3-9 kids.
