Qualifications & Requirements:
Responsibilities - Develop, implement and enforce human resource policies and procedures (including Manager’s hiring checklist) that will improve the operation and effectiveness of the company. - Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including working with hiring managers to complete scorecards, ensure that hiring SOP is followed, maintains human resource records, and attends to employee’s human resource needs, including benefits and social insurance, and visas. Also conducts all exit interviews and exit procedures, conducts analysis of the results, and takes appropriate action to ensure the retention of quality employees. - Maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, industry trends and laws. Understand central, provincial, city, and district laws and coordinate the integration of programs to ensure compliance and limit company liability. - Review and make recommendations for improvement of policies, procedures, personnel practices, and compensation / benefits programs. - Establish and maintain HR calendar to ensure that all probation and annual reviews and contract renewals are completed on time. - Manage compensation and benefits system ensuring internal pay equity, and creatively identifying new methods for performance-based reward. - Improve upon and further develop a company culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and high performance. - Manages the human resources handbook, ensures its updates, and annual review and dissemination of updates. - Manages Receptionist/Admin assistant in office maintenance, upgrade and the planning of monthly company meetings.
Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years experience in Human Resources - Native Chinese and Excellent English
