"Deming Sunshine" shopping center is a business of De Han company, it’s located in panzhihua political, cultural and economic center, it’s construction area is 28,418 square meters, business area is 23,000 square meters. It has 13 years history.
With the efforts of all staff, Deming Sunshine Shopping center developed from a single shopping center into a diversified shopping center, its business covers Shopping center, cleaners and dyers, billiards city and hotels.
For the development of our business, we’re looking for 2 Customer Service (Client) managers, to work with us in our city, and our big shopping center, and develop with our company.
Job Title: Customer Service Manager (Client Manager)
Job office: Deming Sunshine Life Center (Shopping center, Hotel and Billiards city), Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the general manager, responsible for the promotion and maintenance of corporate image.
2. Responsible for the customer reception work and corporate image publicity of Deming sunshine shopping center, hotel and billiard city every week.
3. Responsible for the development and maintenance of customers, while analyzing and updating customer needs, maintaining good relationship with customers and seeking new business development.
4. Responsible for reporting customer complaints and suggestions, cooperating with relevant departments and handling customer complaints.
5.To Assist the formulation and planning of public relations plan.
6. Cooperate with the market operation and strategic implementation projects, to provide publicity, promotion and other public relations support.
7. According to the company's strategy development plans, complete the other work assigned by the general manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Job Requirements:
1/ if you have service work experience in shopping center, restaurant, front desk reception in hotels will be great, but not a must
2/ only expatriates welcome
3/ Can speak daily Chinese – it’s a must
4/ with good image and temperament, has the strong sense of service and with good communication skills, and with affinity
5/ can work in Panzhihua city, you must now in China
6/ we've found a gentleman, now we still need a lady.
Salary and working time
1/ Salary negotiable, accommodations provided, work permit (z visa) provided
2/ Working hours: 9:30-18:30 (2 hours rest at noon), 2 days rest from Monday to Thursday.
