1、室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上室内设计相关工作经验，外籍设计师优先，英语精通者优先，有海外留学或工作经验者优先；
University degree in the field of interior design, over 3 yrs work experience in interior design and fit out projects.
Proficient English, Foreigner, or oversea study / working experience is advanced.
2、具有酒店、售楼处、会所、别墅、样板房公共空间等设计经验；
Rich experiences with a focus on interior design, hotel design, house deco and corporate interiors.
3、具有优秀的空间想象力和创造力，高雅的品位及软装饰能力；
Excellent creativity, elegant taste and soft decoration ability.
4、熟悉不同风格的装饰设计、材料及施工工艺；
Furniture and finishing resources, color and material applications.
5、具有良好的美学基础和手绘能力，方案及表现能力强，善于创意发挥，思维活跃；
Great sense of design, good graphics presentation skills, and free hand drawing ability.
6、能独立完成设计项目的方案构思及创意，平面方案布置和施工图的设计；
Be able to complete the design project, plan layout and construction drawing design.
7、有针对不同区域文化和具体类型项目创意设计的丰富经验，有较好的艺术鉴赏感觉；
Art appreciation ability in different regional cultures.
8、擅于和客户沟通，以及现场设计协调和监管；
Good communication skills, as well as on-site coordination.
9、熟练使用CAD、PS、Sketchup等相关设计软件
Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and MS office.
Post requirements:
1、室内设计专业大专以上学历，应届毕业生，精通英语；
College degree or above in the field of interior design and proficient English is advanced.
2、1-2年室内相关工作经验者优先；
1-2 yrs work experience in interior design and fit out projects.
3、对各种细部处理、节点、收口做法非常熟练，且有自己的见解，熟悉掌握公司施工图绘制规范和要求；
4、熟练使用cad、ps、sketchup、office等设计相关软件；
Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and MS office.
5、熟悉掌握施工图绘制规范和要求；
Familiar with construction drawing, within certain site experience.
6、工作积极主动，富于创新，勇于挑战，吃苦耐劳，有很强的团队协作精神，可适应公司工作节奏和工作压力。
Cooperative spirit and sense of teamwork, good presentation and communication skills, and able to work under strong pressure.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.foreigners first or from Hong Kong , Expert in construction, environment art, interior design or art specialty;
2.more than ten years working experience in overseas or international interior design enterprises, of which more than three years of design director or manager;
3. able to finish independently whole project including project approaching, presentation of the proposals, project management and other work during whole process of one project;
4.able to instruct junior designers to finish their project and nurture design assistant
5. familiar with fashion trend,design features and the solution of interior design in China and the world;
6.good at organizing,coordinating,communicating and strong management skills of the project
7. fluent English and preferably speak Chinese
8. experience of interior design for hotel
