本公司为中国大型民营生产企业，主要生产并销售卫浴产品，产品主要销售到欧州各国，现因业务发展需要招聘荷兰语/波兰语/捷克语对外联系人各2名，
The company is a large-scale private manufacturer in China. It mainly produces and sells sanitary products. The products are mainly sold to European countries. Here is the link of our company: http://www.ocean-sanitary.com
Position Overview:
1)Customer service: answer the emails and make phone calls to the customers if necessary, follow up the orders and fill up the sheets etc.
2)Translation: product translation, other translation service like: custom clearance documents etc.
3)Other Duties as Assigned by Management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
2. Languages required: Dutch/Polish/Czech（must be European native speakers）
3. 0 to 2+ Years’ Experience
4. Mathematical Skills / Reasoning Ability: Ability to calculate figures such as discounts or percentages and make change to customers is required.
5. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates is required. Must have good phone etiquette.
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers is required.
7. Ability to operate computer and perform data entry functions is required.
8. Prior shower enclosure knowledge is preferred.
