Responsibilities:
Oversee technical production activities for game development, tools, and live operations
Drive the completion of goals and facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across all engineering disciplines
Motivate and support your team to ensure that project goals, objectives, achievements, and deliverables are achieved
Communicate engineering activities and progress updates to senior leadership and the development team
Partner with technical leadership to make informed decisions on work methods, development pipeline, and priorities
Serve as technical liaison for intracompany planning and technology initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualifications:
5+ years of senior-level production experience in game development, preferably as a Lead Producer or higher
Have shipped at least one AAA game with responsibility for producing a significant portion of the content or technology
Strong technical skills, ideally a background in programming or technical management
Experience running a Game as a Service, preferably a MMO
Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative – the ability to make sense of the ambiguous
Experience orchestrating work across engineering, design, art, and sound; Able to work with team leads and directors to align priorities
Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
Strong people management skills; calm and deliberate within a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment
