• > 10 years of experience in assembly Semiconductor IC , New Product Development, or Test IC Program & Development
• Experience in worldwide quality system : IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global multi-functional team environment
• Energetic person and able to manage operations and/or engineering
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering/Science.
• Strong leadership , people management skill
• Very good in English communication, able to speak Chinese is preferable
Level: ( Equal to Section Manager level )or( Equal to Manager level )
