Job Description: 
THE ROLE:
Responsible for the company's “One Belt, One Road” market research and planning, conduct and execute overseas network expansion and service development programs, promote overseas business investment M&A and service network development, and build overseas business capability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Overseas Industry Research - Conduct research on working environmental, industrial, market, customer and service needs in key overseas countries and regions, establish relevant policies, industries, markets, customer databases and submit research reports and related research publications, and propose overseas services and solutions in cooperation with relevant business departments and product departments.

(2) Overseas business development - Extensively contact overseas human resources related industries and talent service organizations, establish a database of business partners, cooperate with relevant business departments and business units to select and evaluate, establish overseas business service cooperation systems. Sign service cooperation agreements, determine services standard and price settlement system to promote service practice and landing.

(3) Overseas project investment - In order to establish a database of overseas potential human resources business and relationships with overseas industry associations and industrial investment banks, to cooperate with relevant business units and business units to jointly formulate overseas branches or mergers and acquisitions plans, also establish branch offices. And the feasibility study of the M&A project, cooperate with relevant professional consulting institutions to complete the establishment of overseas institutions and project mergers and acquisitions, and promote the smooth transition and integrated development of the business after the merger.
Qualifications & Requirements: 
REQUIREMENTS:
(1) Nationality in Europe, America or major counties in Southeast Asia. Preferred graduated from universities in China, with human resources or cross-border business operations experiences in China, or Chinese university MBA or economic management related master’s degree.
(2) Understand human resources market would be a plus.
(3) Good communication and coordination skills.
(4) Fluent in Chinese and English.
Benefits & Welfare:
