Job Responsibility:
Facilitate Scholastic courses to children aging from 3 to 12 years of age (with the help of
a local Chinese co- teacher), provide oral as well as written feedback to parents after
each class and complete weekly school- home progress communication book;
Class size 12-15 students;
Carry out regular assessments and host quarterly parent present classes;
Organize and facilitate demo classes for prospective new students;
Design and perform weekly story-telling session and activities;
Participate in various marketing campaigns and activities.
Working Schedule:
Full time teachers will have a regular 5 consecutive days a week schedule, 40 working
hours per week (maximum of 25 teaching hours per week);
Mon-Fri from 1:30pm to 9:00pm and or/Sat-Sun from 8:30am to 6:30pm;
Chinese public holidays off, 1 day for Christmas and 5 days of paid annual leave per
year. (Please be reminded that weekly schedules may be adjusted with notice.)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Job Requirements:
English fluency and proficiency, English should be your first language;
Bachelor’s degree or above;
TEFL/TESOL or other equivalent certification;
A passion for teaching;
Over 3 years of teaching experiences with children;
Love to interact with children, enthusiastic, caring and, most importantly patient with
children;
Must be willing to learn, grow and adapt while being a professional and team player.

For native English teachers with over 3 years of experiences with children age 3-8 and
relevant certificates, we provide a competitive salary RMB18, 000-22,000（approximately
USD2700 - 3300）per month plus bonus;
An additional RMB3, 000 monthly housing allowance;
Round-trip tickets back home will be reimbursed up to the value of RMB10, 000 upon
completion of the contract;
