An international Law Firm will stage a number of Law Conferences & Seminars throughout China and we are looking for the services of 3 part time agents at various cities in China to take bookings when attendees call and respond to our advertisements. Will suit a parent at home looking for some extra income, must have a Mobile Phone, good customer relationship skills, with some English ability.
Responsibilities:
*Manage seminar Booking Sheet.
*Submit attendance reports.
*Report number of inquiries vs actual seat reservation/bookings.
*Attend and greet the attendees at registration on seminar day.
*Report to Events Officer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements:
*Some proven scholastic ability, at High School or above.
*Currently residing either in Shenzhen, Shanghai or Beijing.
*Good customer relations skills with some English ability.
