Position Description:
This position plays an essential role ensuring Pioneer students' learning experience is optimal. It requires
your patience, tenacity, creativity and willingness to go the extra mile to create the outstanding
education experience. We are looking for talented people who have a student-centric mindset and deep
interest in education. This role will be a great joy only to those who love interacting with students and are
willing to work with teenage personalities.
This position will allow you to work with an international team to coordinate the efforts and cultural
understanding of students across different countries and of professors from leading American colleges
and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
 Assist Sales (Outreach) and Communications Director in the formulation of marketing strategies
in China
 Conduct market analysis, business trends, give strategic recommendations and contribute to
business development strategies in line with marketing strategy and objectives
 Analyze market data and business trends, timely promote market planning, implementation of
public relations planning
 Implementation and analysis of both offline and online promotion planning
 Assist in planning and implementation of various marketing activities and responsible for
feedback collection and analysis
 Initiate or create contents for Marketing campaigns, documents, website, etc. in line with
marketing strategy and objectives
 Draft and proofread English and Chinese articles for social media promotion
 Translate bilingual marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, websites,
business cards, stationeries, corporate gifts, etc
 Assist in enhancing the company’s social media usage

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree or higher
 High standard of quality and attention to details
 Student-centric mindset and passion for outstanding education experience
 Minimum 1 year of marketing related experience (online education marketing preferred)
 Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills
 Highly self-motivated and directed with ability to work independently as well as coordinating
and supporting a multinational and diverse team
 Well-organized, detailed-minded, highly motivated, and service-oriented with a demonstrated
commitment to follow through
 Excellent time management skills with willingness to take initiative
 Excellent Chinese writing skill
 Excellent command of English
Desirable Criteria:
 Strong interest in education, innovation, and learning
 Interest in working with and helping ambitious high school students from around the world
 Experience in online education sector preferred
 Proficient with design and print software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
(Knowledge of additional design software such as Dreamweaver and Flash is plus)
 Knowledge of XML, HTML and web programming scripts (an advantage)
 A patient, optimistic and supportive team player
