Job description（职位描述）
1. Job title（职位名称）: English Teacher;
2. Provide English course to students of all ages（授课对象年龄）： 3 to 7 ;
3.Give demos to new students(试讲课); yes
4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required(周例会，培训及工作坊及配合相关文字工作); yes
5. Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups（授课形式为一对一或小班形式）; yes
6. 5 working days per week（一周5天工作制）; yes
7. Working hours per week: 40 (25 teaching + 15 non-teaching)（每周工作时间40小时，其中授课时间20小时，坐班时间20小时）
Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements（任职要求）;
1. Native English speaker （母语为英语）;
2. Bachelor's degree or above (本科及以上);
3. At least 1 year related experience （至少一年及以上相关工作经验）;
4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred（国际英语教师资格证TEFL/TESOL/CELTA）;
5. 22 to45 years old（年龄范围）.
Benefits Package（薪酬福利）
1. Basic salary（基本工资）:18000-20000 RMB per month，Wages are paid on the 10th day of each month. 10 months salaries only a year (Winter vacation is always 30-day long and not be paid ;
2. Allowance system（相关补助）
a. Housing allowance（住房福利）:2000 RMB per month;
b.The flight allowance（机票补贴）：After the expiration of the contract,the teacher will get a flight allowance of RMB 10000.
c.The accident insurance（意外保险）：During the tenure of the teacher, we will purchase accident insurance for him/her.
