Corporate Designer Needed in Shanghai
This is a full time position in Shanghai, China
For this position, only expatriates in Shanghai welcome, English is the working language, we need someone with 1-2 years’ commercial designing experience (freelance experience also okay)

1-Job Purpose
To help in finalizing and executing a lot of design work in-house, and propose creative ideas to develop the brand image
2-Key Accountabilities
Major Accountability
Key Activities
1/ Avertising and promotional items production and adaptation
including magazine, trade show and websites, banners etc.
2/ Collaterals
brochures, namecards, letters and e-newsletters etc
3/ UPIs document update and maintenance
PDF , Word , PPT, Excel (FTP loadings, filing etc.)
4/ Promotionnal Gifts Sourcing
big note book, cup, calendars etc
5/ Creation of new sales tools (web / print) depending on needs
new gift designs, new tool designs, new emailing designs, poster designs etc.
3-Key Performance Measurement
1. Artwork is well finalized, on time delivered, and original.
2. Smooth com with the different team members and other departments
3. ability to satisfay Eastern and Western needs
4. offers ideas and initiatives
4-Key Challenges of the Job
Lots of designs to produce. The person needs to be quick and fast learner, as well as proactive.
He/she need to not only understand the request but also surpass the request.

Qualifications & Requirements:
5-Requirement
Education
Graduate from Design School or Media school
Experience
0 - 3 years or experience (freelancer experience also okay)
Knowledge & Skill
Computer litterate, IT knowledge, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Flash), Web litterate, and Good command of English
