Foreign Trade Department Manager Needed in Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1/ responsible for Asia and part of the American market, major goals planning, participate in related policies and management systems;
2/ Daily management and the management of subordinates, guidance, training and assessment;
3/ Create, and optimize the company's trading business operating processes and management systems;
4/ Make the company's trading business objective and work plan, and then oversaw the implementation;
5/ Collected the information of market trends, customer requirement change, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
1/ Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade or economics related
2/ Only someone from European countries, North America or AUS welcome for this position
2/ 5 years of international trade related experience
3/ With experience in plastic toys, baby & children suppliers, or children's toys industry, at least with experience in FMCG industry
4/ Familiar with the process of trade work and the relevant laws and regulations, familiar with the terms of trade, logistics, customs and tax;
5/ Can speak Chinese, very good Chinese ability will be a big plus
6/ With good management, communication, problem solving skills, good negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, and strong resistance to stress;
The office is in Futian district, Shenzhen city.
