The responsibilities include all sales related work such as, but not limited to:
- Market research
-Organizing business trips
- Writing customer visit reports
- Building up client and distributor relationships and networking
- Building up an own sales team in long term
- Bargaining prices and contract conditions
- Monitoring contracting and purchase procedures
- Regular reporting to our head officein Shanghai
Qualifications & Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering related. Master degree or above in Business related is a plus.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales roles, preferably working with multinational customers
- Excellent relationship building skills, proactive, good at impacting and convincing others
- Well-polished negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Result driven, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and effective in execution
- Good oral and written English communication
- If you can speak Chinese, will be a big plus
Base Salary plus commission, with excellent prospects and learning curve in this young, growing and exciting company.
