Malaysia or Indonesia Sales Manager (Chemical industry)

Job Title: Malaysia or Indonesia Sales Manager
Office: in Malaysia or Indonesia, will report remotely to HQ in China

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Malaysia or Indonesia market development, to establish and maintenance Malaysia or Indonesia marketing strategies, and to establishment sales channels for the company's products.
2. To analyze the market demand and to make the sales prediction, responsible for sales plans and related implementation;
3. To complete sales targets according to the company's sales plans, expand business channels, to tap market demands and to expand markets, achieve sales and payment collection tasks assigned by the company;
4. To develop customer resources, feedback customer information timely, meet customer needs, improve customer satisfaction, conduct business negotiations and sign sales contracts;
5. Responsible for the maintenance, contact, communication and tracking management of customer relations, to target product application promotion, and responsible for the timely feedback of detailed reports.
6. To participate in the formulation, collection and implementation of various market promotion plans, to promote local new products, establish and adjust the layout and sales of products.
7. Be responsible for the collection, analysis and feedback of target market information, and to put forward marketing strategies and development suggestions for the region to the marketing manager;
8. To visited and contacted customers regularly, understood customer needs, establish and maintain customer documents, to coordinate pre-sales, sales and after-sales work actively, and to solve related problems raised by customers;
9. To complete other work assigned by the superior.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical or polymer material, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, someone fluent in Chinese is preferred;
2. Someone familiar with AE\PVA\PVC and other product production related knowledge is preferred, with more than 2 years of chemical industry sales background, have strong marketing experience and channel development experience;
3. Familiar with negotiation skills in the process of international sales, have strong market analysis, marketing and promotion ability, have good interpersonal communication ability, coordination ability, analysis and problem solving ability, have good customer service awareness and team spirit;
4. Proficient in various office software and be able to draft sales contracts;
5. Strong adaptability, able to grasp the performance, parameters, applicability, selling points and other basic information of the company's new products quickly;
6. Have hard-working professional spirit and can adapt to frequent business trips;
7. Understand the local conditions and customs of the targeted country, and be able to choose different sales methods according to the targeted country.
8. Malaysian or Indonesian, or Chinese grew up in these 2 countries, if you’re from other countries, you must have chemical sales and BD experience in these 2 countries for many years.
