Job Position: Monetiazation Soecialist
Office: Chengdu (Sichuan Province), China
Job Description
You will be in charge of defining the monetization strategies for the games (throughout the game and players' lifetime), to optimize revenue. You will take a player-centered approach to identify the purchase prices and product range. You will provide recommendations (with support data) and iterate what's working, what's not working, and what's needed to improve regarding design, prices, product catalogs, promotions, and sales, to improve game performance.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the product team to develop monetization strategies, KPIs, and tracking metrics.
Working closely with product, analytics, art, and monetization teams to create the best pricing for product catalogs, events, promotions, and sales.
Constantly monitoring and adjusting strategies and identifying new monetization opportunities to maximize game revenue.
Staying up to date on trends and techniques of the best practice in monetization.
Creating fun and fair experience for players by following up on player feedback and data report.

Requirements
Education in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Game Design, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in monetization, economy design, or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of excel, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
A true passion for playing games and reverse-engineering their revenue systems.
Proven problem-solving, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
