About this job position:
We are seeking a Director/General Manager of Sales for a US company to develop business and expand in the US market. As Director/General Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for developing new locations/dealerships/engineering projects, and ensuring sales targets are met. You will be responsible for devising sales strategies for the US company, providing high-quality service to customers, and ensuring the company's leading position in the market.

1. Analyze market trends, develop sales plans, goals, and strategies for the US region, and be responsible for implementation.
2. Develop new locations and increase sales through cooperation with dealers or engineering projects.
3. Ensure sales targets are met and report sales performance to management.
4. Attend various exhibitions and conferences, promote company products, and establish the brand image.
5. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation and work with other departments to promote sales.
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Office mode: Travel office, living address in New York, Eastern United States preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, sales, or related fields preferred.
2. More than 10 years of sales and marketing management experience.
3. Those with rich commercial resources in the home cabinet/kitchen electric and other related industries are preferred.
4. Understand the latest market and consumer behavior trends and have the ability to adjust business strategies according to trends.
5. Have excellent sales and negotiation skills, good communication and coordination skills.
6. English can be used as a working language, and those who are of American or German descent are preferred.
