Brazil Sales (or Channel Sales) Manager – New Energy Vehicles

LJ Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a strategic partner of a world-renowned new energy vehicle (NEVs) group.
LJ was established in 2009. It is a high-tech semiconductor company dedicated to R&D, manufacturing, and sales of high-end analog chips, as well as providing wafer-level product services, which are widely used in high-reliability fields. At the same time, it operates and distributes internationally renowned semiconductor brands such as ADI, XILINX, TI, Microchip, Infineon, Radiall, etc. The products are widely used in communication, industry, aerospace, marine and other fields.

Now that we and our partner want to pay great attention to the market development of NEVs in Brazil, we’re looking for several sales managers in Brazil.

Job Title: Sales Manager (or Senior Sales Manager) or Sales Channel Manager
Office: Report remotely.


About this role:
What we hope is to find people with experience in automobile sales to put our brand in car dealers or car companies and then promote it, so customers can choose products according to their own brand preferences.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for new energy vehicles in Brazil.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential big clients, group users, dealerships, big projects, and key stakeholders in the automotive sector.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular performance reports and market information to the executive team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer service, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
Qualifications:
• a proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and business development within the automotive industry, preferably in new energy vehicles or related sectors.
• Someone with experience in automobile sales should put our brand in car dealers or car companies and then promote it, so customers can choose products according to their own brand preferences.
• Or someone has the experience of developing large clients, group users, and dealers in the automobile industry.
• bachelor's degree or above.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in English and local languages such as Portuguese or Spanish
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and collaborate with international teams.
• Now in Sao Paulo or any other major city.
