Sales Manager - Industrial Manufacturing Software (Guadalajara, Mexico)

Job responsibilities:
1. Complete the personal sales target issued by the company, and promote the project bidding process, including but not limited to assisting in project bidding, business negotiation, contract signing, payment collection, etc.;
2. Responsible for coordinating internal and external relations of the company during the daily implementation of the project, ensuring the smooth implementation of the project and timely completion of the project collection;
3. Cooperate with the company's engineer team to sell the overall solution and seek the development of replicable projects;
4. Continuously collect and organize customer demand information and market dynamic information (including competitor information, etc.) to provide reference for new product research and development;
5. Responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with target customers, analyzing customer needs, recommending suitable solutions for customers, and classifying and managing different customers;
6. Cooperate with and support the Marketing Department to complete the relevant product promotion work, and formulate different sales strategies according to different regions and different customer types.

Qualifications and requirements:
(Chinese speaking ability is a big plus)
1, Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or automation, electronics, computer, mechanical engineering, etc.
2, 3 years or above sales background in software industry, able to independently conduct business negotiations;
3, understand industrial big data, cloud computing, industry 4.0, intelligent manufacturing, etc.;
4, familiar with manufacturing, lean management, digital factory concept, planning and distribution implementation;
5, more than two industrial software project sales experience, preferred;
6, with strong teamwork and communication skills, good logical analysis ability;
7, proficient in English and Spanish, fluent in reading and writing communication;
7, good Chinese language ability is a big plus;
