Responsibilities: Our instant messaging software (social software： ChatPay ) has its own payment system (including local and foreign currencies, virtual currency and legal currency), but in various development When IM&PI operates in varies country, some countries are too late to apply for a payment license. The contract manager looks for some company with a payment license in that country. Our PI（payment instruction） is regarded as a white label software, and the company in that country is regarded as a white label license. We lease the payment license and the payment license rentage is paid by us. The license company completes the regulatory filing of the payment system software in the country superviser, and displays our trademarks Chatpay and LOGO on the front panel of the IM&PI software system. The balances of both parties in the software， after visualized digit（pay&receipt）， after balance，the payment licnese company use its physical local bank account to pay the Beneficiary in the IM&PI software（Chatpay）； After settlement, the weekly profit is generally distributed according to the ratio of： we（IM&PI software（Chatpay））: licensee company = 90%: 10%, and is automatically deducted in the IM&PI software and entered into their respective accounts. ; Or based on the number of users of our IM APP in the country (based on 10% of the downloads on Google Play).
