职位描述：
科学和航模教练将负责为孩子们开发和提供以科学（经验）和航模为重点的教育项
目。此角色涉及创建一个动态和互动的学习环境，鼓励创造力、批判性思维和解决问题的
能力;每天工作6小时，每周工作5天。
主要职责:
准备和组织活动
管理并向经理汇报
监控和评估活动的效果，确保每个孩子都能参与和受益
确保所有活动材料和设备的准备和维护
维护与家长和合作伙伴的良好沟通，及时反馈活动进展和孩子的表现
遵守公司和学校的所有安全和行为准则，确保孩子们的安全
全职职位：
工作时间: 每天6小时,每周5天。
资格要求：
科学:
擅长理解科学经验原理和方法。
航模:
擅长理解空气动力学和模型玩具。
基本的英语水平是一个加分项

About Us: based in Beijing, offers sports and arts activities to our partners for
after-school programs.
Job Description: The Science and Aeromodeling Coach will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs focused on science (experience )and Aeromodeling to kids. This role involves creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize activities
Manage and inform the manager
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, ensuring every child participates and
benefits
Ensure all activity materials and equipment are prepared and maintained
Maintain good communication with parents and partners, providing regular updates on
activity progress and children's performance
Adhere to all company and school safety and conduct guidelines, ensuring the safety of
children
Full-Time Position:
Work Hours: 6hr a day / 5days a week
Qualifications:
Science experience:
Solid understanding of scientific principles and Methods.
Aeromoding:
Solid understanding of Aerodynamics and model toys.
Basic level of English is a plus
